Program:

Open to grades TK-5.

Children will spend their time learning capoeira, gardening, art, music, language and more. They’ll also have scheduled quiet time for HW and reading. A snack and access to drinking water is provided to children each day.

Dates:

• August 7, 2023 - May 23, 2024 ( schedule and closures/vacations align with OUSD Academic Calendar: https://www.ousd.org/districtcalendar)

• Mondays - Fridays 2:45-6 pm (& 1:30-6 pm for all early release days)

Prices:
Grades TK & K:

• 5 days/week - $750/month

• 4 days/week - $645/month

• 3 days/week - $525/month

• 2 days/week - $450/month

• 1 day/week - $250/month

Grades 1-5:

• 5 days/week - $675/month

• 3 days/week - $450/month

• 2 days/week - $375/month

• 1 day/week - $175/month

PLEASE EMAIL US ABOUT SIBLINGS RATES. We will have to handle those on a case-by-case basis depending on which grades the siblings are in. We will provide a discount code so you pay the appropriate sibling rate.

Note 1: if you register for fewer than 5 days/week, please indicate which days your child will attend each week. You can indicate the days on the registration form you will complete during checkout. Thanks!

Note 2: TK & K is priced slightly higher due to the fact that the student:teacher ratio for TK/K is 10:1, whereas the student teacher ratio for 1st-5th is 20:1. OUSD requires us to have a separate classroom for TK/K, which increases our internal staffing needs specifically for our TK/K students.

Note 3: THIS IS A RECURRING MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION. YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR THE FIRST MONTH OF SERVICES AT THE TIME OF REGISTRATION. YOUR NEXT PAYMENT WILL BE SEPT 7, 2023 AND PAYMENTS WILL CONTINUE MONTHLY UNTIL MAY 7, 2024. WE WILL AUTOMATICALLY CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION AFTER MAY 7, 2024.

WE DO NOT PRORATE MONTHLY COSTS (E.G. DECEMBER PAYMENT WILL BE THE FULL MONTHLY RATE, DESPITE THE WINTER HOLIDAY.) WE CALCULATE OUR MONTHLY RATES WITH SCHOOL BREAKS IN MIND.

Refund Policy:

To cancel & unenroll, please notify us via email at axeoakland@gmail.com at least 1 week prior the start of camp for a partial refund only. We are a very small business and when you submit a payment, we use those funds immediately to purchase supplies for the camps, classes & Parent’s Night Out. We appreciate your support and understanding!
